Country Acres Child Development Center Infant program is where the child initially learn through the exploration of sensory and motor skills. Customized equipment such as stands, stairs, and bars are present to encourage motor skill development. The use of color schemes and soft music is used for the enhancement of sensory development. Baby Sign Language is introduced to teach movement with words to help them communicate their feelings and needs.
Our Infants will use the Frog Street curriculum. Frog Street for Infants is a comprehensive program that optimizes key windows of opportunity to build strong foundations for little ones ages 0-18 months. Based on the latest early brain development research, this program offers easy-to-use activities emphasizing all developmental domains (language, cognitive, physical, social and emotional, approaches toward learning) featuring Dr. Becky Bailey’s Conscious Discipline®.
Frog Street Infant is aligned to Head Start School Readiness Goals for Infants and offers complete support to equip caregivers to optimize the growth and development of the children in their care.
